Invite Users to Join Your Delivered Secure File Exchange

Delivered Secure allows you to add an unlimited number of registered users to your file exchange at no additional cost. Registered users can log in with their own username and password to send and receive files securely with anyone in your organization.

There are two ways to add users to your Delivered Secure file exchange:

1. Add users directly by entering their name, email address, and setting a temporary password. The user can then log in immediately.
2. Send an invitation email that allows the user to join your file exchange and create their own password.

Benefits of registered users include:

• More detailed logging and audit trails – every action by a registered user is tracked and recorded for compliance purposes.
• Easier sending – registered users appear in your address book, making it simple to select recipients when sending files.
